Job summary

Everon is seeking a seasoned leader to plan, implement, and manage its Install workforce across multiple locations. You will drive productivity, scheduling, and cost control while maintaining high customer service standards.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in field leadership within service industries, with strong knowledge of fire, CCTV, security, and access systems. Travel may be required to support projects and client timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong background in fire, CCTV, security, and card access systems.
• Experience with field leadership and P&L responsibilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage the activities of the Install workforce.
• Ensure profitability through productivity, scheduling, and cost control.
• Supervise deployment, budgeting, and vendor coordination to maximize efficiency.
• Prepare proposals for potential clients and support sales efforts.
• Direct staffing, performance reviews, and resource allocation across projects.
