Job summary

Everon in Lawrence, KS seeks an experienced leader to plan, implement, and manage the Commercial Install workforce. You will drive productivity, profitability, and customer service while coordinating sales support and proposals.

This role requires strong budgeting, staffing, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve company goals. Ideal candidates have 4-year degrees (Master’s preferred) and 5–7 years in sales/operations with field leadership experience in service sectors and security

Qualifications

• 4-year degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of fire, CCTV, security and card access systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and manage the Commercial Install workforce activities.
• Ensure profit objectives through productivity, scheduling, billing, and cost control.
• Supervise deployment and utilization of personnel and materials purchasing.
• Manage indirect costs and expenses to stay below budget.
• Provide sales support and prepare proposals for potential clients.
• Set realistic schedules for self and team to maximize resource utilization.
• Coordinate activities to generate sales at or above standards.
• Determine staffing, interview, hire, and manage personnel; conduct reviews.
• Prepare budgets, drive revenues, and prepare results reports.
• Authorize expenditures per company policy.
• May engineer, plan, schedule, service or install fire alarm systems.
