Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Deep implementation expertise with complex SaaS software (CRM, ERP) for large, complex customers.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and project-management skills.
• Experience guiding customers through implementation and services planning.

Responsibilities

• Recommend the right implementation approach and ongoing services for HubSpot's upmarket customers.
• Diagnose customer needs based on objectives and technical requirements.
• Create customized implementation plans and recommend services/partners.
• Define resource needs, milestones, and timelines with customers or partners.
• Present plans to executives and drive urgency in recommended solutions.
• Support growth of enterprise practice by aligning Sales and Services teams.
