Job summary

HubSpot is seeking a Senior Services Consultant to guide prospects and customers through implementing our software for long-term success. You will support high-value, complex deployments, requiring strong business and technical acumen and exceptional communication skills.

You will recommend implementation approaches, create customized plans, coordinate with customers and partners, and drive executive-level conversations to ensure confident decisions and lasting impact.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English & Spanish required.
• Customer-first mindset with a consultative approach to problem solving.
• Deep implementation expertise with complex SaaS software (CRM, ERP) for large, complex customers.
• Experience helping customers drive organizational change.
• Experience driving value conversations to executive teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide certainty and urgency to customers in decision making.
• Strategic mindset for long-term planning and growth with HubSpot products and services.
• Strong attention to detail and robust project management skills.
• Deep understanding of integrations, APIs, and technical strategy.

Responsibilities

• Recommend the right implementation approach and ongoing services for HubSpot's upmarket customers to drive long-term success.
• Diagnose customer needs based on business objectives and technical requirements.
• Create customized implementation plans and recommend services and/or Solutions Partners.
• Work with customers or partners to define resource needs and milestones.
• Establish timelines for execution and present plans to executives.
• Influence purchase decisions by driving urgency and certainty in solutions.
• Contribute to enterprise practice growth by aligning Sales and Services teams and customizing solutions.
• Build relationships with accredited Solutions Partners to improve recommendations and partner development.
• Provide guidance on HubSpot best practices, processes, deployment planning, and change management.
