Job summary

RTA is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Specialist to orchestrate six to eight high-stakes fleet engagements from signing to go-live. You will personally clean, compile, and migrate data into Fleet360, guiding customers through complex configuration decisions and mitigating risks across multiple departments.

You’ll partner with Sales, Fleet Consulting, Training, Support, and CSM to ensure timely deliveries, clear expectations, and a seamless go-live experience, while embracing an AI-first

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing implementation, onboarding, or PM in B2B SaaS.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-department workstreams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps and advanced Excel formulas.
• Experience using AI tools to speed up work with real examples.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exposure to SQL or relational databases preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree not required; breadth of knowledge matters more.

Responsibilities

• Own 6–8 concurrent enterprise engagements with defined go-live dates.
• Coordinate across Sales, Fleet Consulting, Training, Support, and CSM.
• Perform data cleanup, compilation, and migration into Fleet360.
• Assess data health across multiple workbooks and source systems.
• Use AI to accelerate data analysis and project execution.
• Maintain scope with customers and document variations.
