Job summary

Cognosos Inc. is seeking an enterprise-level Project Manager to own the rollout of RTLS deployments for anchor accounts and large customers. You will oversee the handoff from Sales to Customer Success, translating promises into actionable tasks for engineering and operations, while maintaining clear expectations and timelines.

You will standardize deployment playbooks, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure flawless, on-time deliveries across global OEMs and manufacturers.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of direct experience as a technical or enterprise Project Manager.
• Experience managing hardware-enabled SaaS, IoT systems, or complex supply chain deployments.
• Highly organized, meticulous, and capable of navigating complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage enterprise-level hardware and software deployments, focusing on anchor rollouts and growth initiatives.
• Standardize and execute the sales-to-CS handoff blueprint, verifying scope and readiness before deployments.
• Own customer deployment communications, set expectations, and maintain accountability with external clients.
• Author clear project documentation, deployment playbooks, and templates to optimize time-to-value.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Supply Chain to maintain schedule integrity.
• Drive momentum across internal and client stakeholders to keep projects on track.
