Job summary

eMed is seeking an Implementation Manager in Chicago to oversee end-to-end onboarding for enterprise clients joining the GLP-1 Population Health Program. You will lead kickoff, planning, milestones, and go-live readiness while coordinating with Sales, Clinical, Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in client implementation, project management, or account management roles
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in digital health, healthcare services, benefits, or population health is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-first mindset
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for new enterprise clients from post-contract signature through successful program launch
• Lead the full implementation lifecycle, including kickoff, project planning, milestone tracking, status reporting, issue resolution, and go-live readiness
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Clinical, Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Experience) to coordinate deliverables and ensure alignment on timelines and responsibilities
• Gather and manage client-specific requirements, including eligibility file formats, data feeds, branding preferences, communication strategies, and reporting needs
• Work with client stakeholders (benefits leaders, consultants, IT, and others) to guide them through technical and operational onboarding activities
• Facilitate training sessions for client teams on program operations, reporting dashboards, and participant support workflows
• Develop and maintain detailed implementation project plans, timelines, and documentation
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth and timely launches
• Ensure a positive, professional, and solution-oriented experience for clients throughout the onboarding process
