Job summary

eMed is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding for new enterprise clients in its GLP-1 Population Health Program. From post-contract to go-live, you’ll drive kickoff, planning, milestone tracking, and training, coordinating Sales, Clinical, Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Experience to meet timelines.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing complex enterprise-level client implementations with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of employer benefits ecosystems, health plans, and vendor coordination preferred.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations concurrently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-first mindset.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; 3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for new enterprise clients from post-contract signature through successful program launch.
• Lead the full implementation lifecycle, including kickoff, project planning, milestone tracking, status reporting, issue resolution, and go-live readiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Clinical, Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Experience) to coordinate deliverables and ensure alignment on timelines and responsibilities.
• Gather and manage client-specific requirements, including eligibility file formats, data feeds, branding preferences, communication strategies, and reporting needs.
• Work with client stakeholders (benefits leaders, consultants, IT, and others) to guide them through technical and operational onboarding activities.
• Facilitate training sessions for client teams on program operations, reporting dashboards, and participant support workflows.
• Develop and maintain detailed implementation project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth and timely launches.
• Ensure a positive, professional, and solution-oriented experience for clients throughout the onboarding process.
