Job summary

eMed is seeking an Implementation Manager in Chicago to drive end-to-end onboarding for enterprise clients joining our GLP-1 Population Health Program. You will own the full implementation lifecycle from contract signing through go-live, coordinating across Sales, Clinical, Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing and CX to ensure a smooth launch.

You will manage client requirements, create detailed project plans, lead trainings, and mitigate risks to deliver on timelines and expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of enterprise-level client implementations.
• Strong understanding of employer benefits ecosystems and vendor coordination.
• Exceptional project management skills for multi-workstream delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation from post-contract to go-live for new enterprise clients.
• Coordinate kickoff, milestones, status reporting and risk management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Clinical, Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing and CX teams.
• Gather client requirements (data feeds, branding, reporting) and ensure timelines.
• Guide client stakeholders through onboarding activities and training sessions.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and documentation.
