Confido is looking for an Implementation Manager in New York City to oversee the onboarding of new customers onto their platform. You will manage the entire implementation lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction through tailored training and support.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise software implementations and excellent project management skills. This role requires a builder mindset and a willingness to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software implementations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Strong technical understanding and comfort with software.

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live.
• Deliver trainings and onboarding materials for users.
• Maintain implementation KPIs and reporting.
