Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive sales experience in clinical diagnostics or hospital sales.
• Experience leading enterprise-level sales across hospital systems and IDNs.
• Deep commercial expertise in capital equipment, automation, informatics, reagents, and consumables.
• Experience using CRM tools and ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for Hemostasis (Coagulation) portfolio.
• Lead complex sales cycles with executive discovery and business-case creation.
• Cultivate sponsorship with C-suite and health-system leaders to position Siemens as strategic partner.
• Build integrated automation and informatics value propositions tied to equipment.
• Orchestrate matrixed team-selling across multiple functions to deliver enterprise strategy.
• Own disciplined commercial execution with funnel management and forecast accuracy.
• Serve as regional subject matter expert and influence portfolio growth priorities.
• Translate clinical and operational impact into differentiated business value.
• Create growth plans for priority accounts to expand share and loyalty.
