Ceribell, Inc. is seeking a Manager of National Health Systems to lead strategic partnerships with IDNs and large health systems, elevating the Ceribell System to an enterprise level and integrating with IT, EMR, and clinical workflows.

You will negotiate system-wide agreements, build executive relationships, guide health economics messaging, travel 50%+, and drive adoption across markets.

Competenze

• 10+ years of medical commercial sales experience, with 5+ years in IDN/health system enterprise sales.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close large, complex health system agreements.
• Deep understanding of hospital decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to engage at the C-suite level and sustain relationships through contracts.
• Experience in neurology, critical care, emergency medicine, or medtech capital sales preferred.
• Strong health economics interpretation and EMR integration strategy experience.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ within the US.

• Implement an enterprise-wide growth strategy and build executive relationships.
• Lead enterprise negotiations and manage Master Agreement structures.
• Coordinate with Account Acquisition/Management to accelerate deal velocity.
• Drive EMR protocol and clinical workflow integration for long-term retention.
• Oversee onboarding with IT/security, legal, and governance committees.
• Cultivate relationships with key decision makers in prospective and existing accounts.
• Represent Ceribell strategically against competitors and report market metrics.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews at market level.
