Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare, account management or related client-facing experience.
• Experience coaching, performance management and talent development.
• Proven success leading large, complex PBM/employer accounts through teams.
• Strong executive presence and ability to lead senior-level client discussions with credibility.
• Fluency in digital tools and AI-enabled insights for renewal/portfolio optimization.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of Account Executives and Strategic Account Executives to drive revenue growth, retention and profitability.
• Provide strategic direction, prioritize work, and ensure high-quality execution across renewals and expansions.
• Serve as escalation point and executive partner for senior client engagements.
• Guide renewal strategies, identify expansion opportunities, and govern complex renewals.
• Collaborate with finance and senior leaders to shape renewal scenarios and account economics.
• Coordinate cross-functional partners to align resources and drive portfolio outcomes.
