Job summary

Paychex is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to drive net-new business across defined territories. You will lead the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting through discovery, demo, and close, building high-impact bundles across the Paychex portfolio.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales, with a proven track record of engaging C-level buyers and managing multi-stakeholder deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in professional sales.
• Proven ability to engage economic buyers at the C-level.
• Experience selling into organizations with 100+ employees.
• High accountability and ownership of results.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business in defined territories.
• Run full-cycle sales from prospecting to close.
• Build value bundles across the Paychex portfolio including HR, payroll, and benefits.
