Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 7 years of experience in relevant professional sales.
• 5 years of experience in the HCM industry.
• Experience carrying a sales quota and engaging economic buyers.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business with 100–5,000+ employees across defined territories.
• Run disciplined full-cycle sales from prospecting to discovery, demo, and close.
• Build value bundles across the One Paychex Portfolio including PEO, HR, payroll, benefits, and more.
• Partner with Solutions Engineers and RevOps in a GTM team-selling environment.
• Own pipeline with rigorous forecasting and deal control through close.
