CVS Health is seeking a Hardware Asset Lifecycle Management Specialist to own enterprise HAM governance, data quality, and ServiceNow HAM Pro optimization. You will partner with Procurement, Finance, Security, Governance, and IT to improve asset visibility and enable data-driven decisions.

You will drive audit readiness, process improvements, and cross-functional training, mentoring stakeholders, and leading maturity enhancements across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting enterprise Hardware Asset Management programs.
• 3+ years managing audit readiness activities and regulatory requirements.
• 2+ years establishing data quality standards and trusted asset records.
• 2+ years working with ServiceNow ITAM HAM Pro, Discovery, and CMDB integrations.
• 2+ years supporting governance frameworks across CMDB and inventories.

Responsabilités

• Act as enterprise SME for Hardware Asset Management across repositories and HAM platforms.
• Manage end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle, inventory accuracy and audits.
• Lead ServiceNow HAM Pro configuration and integration efforts.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Governance, Security, and IT for asset visibility.
• Develop training, docs, reports, and analytics to drive HAM adoption and AI-enabled efficiencies.
