Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for Mountain View, CA on a hybrid, 06+ months contract. You will own end-to-end GTM for Enterprise Suite and mid-market solutions, plus build a release governance framework across Pilot, Beta, and GA.

You will partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, CS, and Enablement to drive messaging, metrics, and optimization of launches, drawing on 10+ years in product marketing and a finance/ERP background.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product marketing management.
• Background in ERP, accounting, finance, procurement, or payments software.
• Familiarity with launch governance or product lifecycle frameworks.
• Experience with mid-market/enterprise customers.
• Strong storytelling and positioning skills.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional product launches.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end release GTM strategy/execution for Enterprise Suite and mid-market innovations.
• Build and run a release management framework across Pilot, Beta, and GA stages.
• Establish governance to determine marketing investment based on impact.
• Act as a central orchestrator across Product, Marketing, Sales, CS, Comms, and Enablement.
• Drive continuous improvement of release processes via measurement and learnings.
• Partner with Product Management to understand roadmap and priorities.
• Translate product capabilities into customer benefits and value propositions.
• Maintain messaging consistency across audiences and GTM motions.
• Define success metrics and measurement frameworks for launches.
• Analyze performance/adoption trends to identify optimization opportunities.
