Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in a large consulting environment.
• Deep understanding of healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, and financial services.
• Track record of successfully implementing Salesforce cloud solutions.
• Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Connects regional capability strategy with market needs as SME at external events.
• Accountable for the Go-to-Market practitioners and regional strategy alignment.
• Lead business development and sales motions to pursue opportunities.
• Mentor delivery teams and manage performance within the capability.
• Drive growth of Northern California Salesforce and Enterprise Business Applications.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to plan thought leadership events and demand generation.
