Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in internal or executive communications, marketing communications, operations, or a related field, with ownership of complex programs.
• People management experience (1–2 years minimum) is required.
• Excellent writing and editorial judgment with ability to explain strategy clearly.
• Curiosity about how businesses grow and how people use technology to drive impact.
• Strong program leadership, ownership, and adaptability.
• Sound judgment and resilience under pressure, with collaborative problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver the communications strategy for Enterprise & Growth, guiding programs from recommendation through execution.
• Advise senior leaders and shape their communications with clear framing, timing, and delivery.
• Guide communications through complex changes, partnering with People, Legal, External Comms, and cross-functional teams.
• Lead company-wide user and customer storytelling to show impact and lessons learned.
• Bring employee perspectives into decisions, synthesizing feedback and responding to context and questions.
• Keep programs moving with changing priorities and a constructive, collaborative approach.
• Strengthen the broader Internal Communications function by sharing successful approaches.
