Qualifications

• 10+ years of internal or executive communications experience, with ownership of complex programs.
• People management experience (1-2 years minimum) required.
• Ability to advise senior leaders with discretion and strategic recommendations.
• Excellent writing and editorial judgment across audiences and formats.
• Curiosity about business growth, product development, and customer experience.
• Strong program leadership, ownership, and adaptability across ambiguous work.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver the communications strategy for Enterprise & Growth from concept to execution.
• Advise senior leaders and shape leadership updates, narratives, and presentations.
• Guide communications through organizational changes and sensitive decisions with cross-functional partners.
• Lead company-wide user and customer storytelling to illustrate impact and lessons learned.
• Incorporate employee feedback from channels to improve clarity, morale, and trust.
• Move quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain momentum and transparency.
• Strengthen the broader Internal Communications function and share best practices.
