Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in internal or executive communications, marketing communications, or related field.
• Experience advising senior leaders and shaping leadership narratives.
• Excellent writing and editorial judgment; can adapt to leadership voice.
• Curiosity about how businesses grow and how people use technology.
• Strong program leadership, ownership, and adaptability.
• Sound judgment and resilience under pressure, with the ability to move quickly.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver the communications strategy for Enterprise & Growth from recommendation through execution and evaluation.
• Advise senior leaders; develop leadership updates, narratives, and presentations with clear recommendations.
• Guide communications through complex changes; plan leadership transitions and organizational shifts with cross-functional partners.
• Lead company-wide user and customer storytelling; build programs to show how the technology benefits users.
• Incorporate employee perspectives into communications; synthesize feedback from channels to improve understanding and morale.
• Keep work moving as priorities change; respond to feedback and adapt plans while maintaining momentum.
• Strengthen the broader Internal Communications function by sharing effective approaches.
