OpenAI is seeking an experienced internal communications leader to own the strategy for our Enterprise & Growth portfolio, spanning B2B, Revenue, Partnerships, Marketing, Enterprise Engineering, Ads, Commerce, and Consumer Verticals. You will partner with executives to help employees understand direction, decisions, and how their work ladders up while managing confidential, high‑stakes communications.

• 10+ years of internal or executive communications with ownership of complex programs.
• Experience advising senior leaders with discretion and strategic recommendations.
• Excellent writing and editorial judgment with ability to simplify complex topics.

• Set and deliver the communications strategy for Enterprise & Growth portfolios.
• Advise senior leaders, craft leadership updates, narratives, and presentations.
