Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. is seeking a GIS Consultant with a strong Enterprise GIS background to provide software technical support and testing for mobility GIS solutions. The ideal candidate communicates effectively, self-manages projects, and thrives in a collaborative team.

You will support customers via email, chat, and phone, analyze issues, document cases in CRM, and work with teammates to resolve complex problems across ESRI technologies.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience with GIS technologies and ESRI server tech
• Experience communicating with customers with varying technical aptitudes in GIS/IT
• Knowledge of IT frameworks including security, networking, installation, configuration, and performance
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills; self-starter and team player

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support via email, chat, and phone
• Analyze customer issues to identify core problems and solutions
• Partner with team to identify patterns and resolve cases
• Maintain comprehensive case documentation in CRM systems
