Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. is seeking a GIS Consultant with a strong Enterprise GIS background to support mobility GIS solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, perform software testing, and work collaboratively in a team.

You will analyze customer issues, document cases in CRM, and partner with colleagues to identify patterns and deliver practical solutions. A BA/BS in Geography, GIS or Computer Science and 3–5 years GIS experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience with GIS technologies including ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise/Portal.
• Experience communicating with customers with varying technical aptitudes in GIS/IT.
• Knowledge of IT frameworks (security, networking, installation, configuration, performance).
• Self-starter and team player with ability to bring alternate viewpoints.
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time technical support via email, chat, and phone.
• Analyze issues to identify core problem and solutions.
• Collaborate with team to identify patterns and resolve cases.
• Maintain case documentation in CRM to understand customer activities.
