• 10+ years of overall experience with 3+ years delivering GenAI/AI solutions in Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong track record managing senior business and technology stakeholders and driving platform adoption.
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, PI Planning, incident management, release coordination, and cross-functional execution.
