Everforth Apex in New York, NY seeks a GenAI Platform Product Manager to own relationships with business and tech stakeholders, drive platform adoption, and deliver AI capabilities within a financial services context.

You will translate business needs into platform enhancements, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and lead governance and best-practice adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business preferred.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships in an enterprise.
• Practical experience with Agile or SAFe including PI Planning.
• Proven track record delivering AI initiatives in financial services.
• Strong technical fluency: Python, LLMs, LLMOps, APIs, SDLC, platform delivery.

Responsabilités

• Be the single point of contact for assigned business and technology stakeholders.
• Drive adoption and expansion of Generative AI capabilities across use cases.
• Capture, scope, and prioritize platform enhancements and new use cases.
• Coordinate end-to-end resolution of platform issues with cross-functional teams.
• Educate internal teams on platform capabilities and governance guardrails.
• Partner with engineering to rollout updates and new features.
• Translate feedback into inputs to shape the platform roadmap.
• Track usage metrics and report adoption and satisfaction to leadership.
