As a Senior Lead AI Solutions Consultant, you will act as the bridge between engineering, product, and business stakeholders - driving adoption of enterprise AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities across cloud and on-prem environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading go-to-market initiatives for enterprise AI and GenAI platform capabilities
• Driving platform releases, feature rollouts, onboarding, and adoption programmes
• Partnering with engineering and product teams to shape scalable AI solution architectures and reusable platform patterns
• Delivering workshops, enablement sessions, and hands‑on support to accelerate AI adoption across the business
• Building strong stakeholder relationships and acting as a trusted technical advisor to senior leadership
• Influencing roadmap direction through customer feedback, usability insights, and business engagement
• Supporting governance, responsible AI, security, and compliance requirements within a regulated environment
• Producing executive‑level reporting, adoption metrics, and business impact updates

Experience

• Strong experience across AI/ML platforms, technical product ownership, solution consulting, or programme delivery
• Hands‑on knowledge of cloud technologies including GCP and/or Azure
• Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, and modern AI platform tooling
• Exposure to GenAI, LLMs, agentic AI frameworks, and MLOps/LLMOps practices
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineering and executive audiences
• Experience operating within large-scale enterprise or regulated environments
