Job summary

Innova Solutions in New York City is seeking a Client Success / Account Manager for the Enterprise GenAI Platform. The role blends client success with technical analysis to ensure platform adoption across multiple lines of business.

It requires senior stakeholder engagement and hands-on agile delivery in a large enterprise. The position is full-time but contract-based with 12+ month duration and 3 onsite days weekly in NYC, NY.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience, including 3+ years delivering GenAI/AI solutions in Banking or Financial Services.
• Experience blending Client Success, Technical Business Analysis, Agile Delivery, and AI Platform Adoption.
• Strong track record managing senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, PI Planning, incident management, release coordination, and cross-functional execution in complex enterprise environments.

As a Client Success / Account Manager – Enterprise GenAI Platform, you will:

• 10+ years of overall experience, including 3+ years delivering GenAI/AI solutions in Banking or Financial Services, with a blend of Client Success, Technical Business Analysis, Agile Delivery, and AI Platform Adoption expertise.
• Strong track record managing senior business and technology stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and driving platform adoption across multiple Lines of Business.
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, PI Planning, incident management, release coordination, and cross-functional execution in complex enterprise environments.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $62 - $67 per hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
