Job summary

Amgen is seeking an Enterprise Generative AI Platform Engineer to translate approved AI capabilities into practical, responsible solutions. You will support platforms like ChatGPT Enterprise, custom GPTs, and related services, aligning them with product, engineering, security and legal teams.

You will clarify use cases, assess feasibility and risk, and create reusable guidance. The role emphasizes adoption, governance and measurable value across global partners.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise tech enablement and internal tools.
• Hands-on with generative AI platforms, GPTs and enterprise use cases.
• Ability to assess value, feasibility, risk and scalability of use cases.
• Strong communication and stakeholder mgmt to translate tech into guidance.
• Collaborates with business, engineering, security and governance teams.
• Experience with ChatGPT Enterprise and similar platforms is a plus.
• Experience enabling technology adoption through training or communities.
• Familiarity with responsible AI, privacy and information security.
• Experience in biotech, pharma, healthcare or regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise generative AI capabilities and related tools.
• Clarify use cases, assess fit, risk and delivery path.
• Translate user feedback into reusable patterns and guidance.
• Partner with product, security, privacy, compliance and legal teams for governance.
• Support pilots, office hours and demonstrations to boost adoption.
• Track adoption and communicate platform updates and improvements.
