Job summary

Amgen is seeking an Enterprise Generative AI Platform Engineer to turn approved AI capabilities into practical, responsible solutions across ChatGPT Enterprise, custom GPTs, and related services. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Security, Privacy, Compliance and Legal to improve adoption and drive measurable value.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise technology, enablement, internal tools or related field.
• Familiar with generative AI platforms, custom GPTs and enterprise use cases.
• Ability to assess use cases for value, feasibility, risk and scalability.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Collaborates with business, engineering, security and governance partners.
• Experience with ChatGPT Enterprise or similar platforms.
• Experience enabling tech adoption via trainings or communities.
• Understanding of responsible AI, privacy and security.
• Experience in biotech/healthcare or regulated industry.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Curiosity and initiative.
• Organized prioritization and follow-through.
• Collaborative, global teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise generative AI capabilities (ChatGPT Enterprise, GPTs, related tools).
• Clarify use cases, assess fit, risk and delivery path.
• Turn user feedback into requirements and reusable patterns.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, Privacy, Compliance and Legal to support governance.
• Support pilots, office hours and demonstrations to build adoption.
• Track adoption and communicate platform updates and recommendations.
