Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 4+ years in software/AI platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience building or supporting software applications, APIs, cloud-based services, data pipelines, or AI/ML-enabled solutions.
• Experience with modern software development practices: source control, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and agile delivery.
• Proficiency in Python, JS/TS, Java, or similar languages; familiarity with cloud platforms, containers, APIs, or enterprise integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain AI platform capabilities including APIs and backend services.
• Contribute to reusable patterns for prompt management, retrieval-augmented generation, and model routing.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver practical solutions.
• Support AI platform onboarding and adoption; improve documentation and patterns.
• Engage in quality engineering activities: unit/integration/acceptance testing and validation evidence.
