Job summary

Amgen is seeking an Enterprise Generative AI Platform Engineer to turn approved AI capabilities into practical, measurable solutions. You will support platforms like ChatGPT Enterprise and custom GPTs, translating user needs into platform capabilities and guiding use-case intake.

This individual contributor will partner with Product, Engineering, Security, Privacy, Compliance and Legal to improve adoption, governance and value, while collaborating with global teams in a fast-paced biotech

Qualifications

Experience with enterprise AI platforms and internal tools.
Ability to assess use cases for value, feasibility, risk and scalability.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Support enterprise generative AI capabilities including ChatGPT Enterprise and custom GPTs.
Clarify use cases, assess fit, risk, and delivery path.
Translate user feedback into actionable requirements and templates.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, Privacy, Compliance and Legal teams to support governance.
Support pilots, workshops and demonstrations to drive adoption.
Track adoption and provide platform updates.
