- Translate customer and product needs into roadmaps, staffing plans and milestones.
- Enable rapid feedback, disciplined prioritization and risk management.
- Support fast experimentation and transition ideas into production.
- Guide architecture and establish quality, security and testing standards.
- Coordinate stakeholders across onshore and offshore teams.
