Empower is seeking a Sr. Technical Product Manager to own the Generative AI platform roadmap and delivery. You will align product goals with business strategy and work closely with executives across engineering, data, security, and governance to translate complex needs into scalable capabilities.

You bring deep experience in AI, cloud, and data platforms, plus a proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams, refine epics, and measure impact with clear KPIs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management for complex tech or data platforms.
• Experience turning business needs into product requirements and stories.
• Strong AI/ML and cloud infrastructure knowledge.
• Understanding of enterprise data platforms, data modeling, and architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Generative AI platform vision and roadmap.
• Own strategy and execution of platform capabilities and data products.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into epics and user stories.
• Prioritize features, tech debt, and release plans with cross-functional teams.
• Lead backlog refinement and sprint planning with engineering and data teams.
• Define data platform requirements for performance, security, and reliability.
• Ensure governance, privacy, and responsible AI are integrated into planning.
