Amgen seeks an AI Digital Product Sr Manager to lead the Enterprise Agentic Platform. You will drive strategy, execution, and governance for a cloud-native AI platform, enabling engineers and data scientists to build, deploy, and govern AI agents at scale.

Collaborating with security, privacy, Responsible AI, and business teams, you will deliver a world-class developer experience while ensuring enterprise-grade security and compliance. This is a remote role with strong cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading products, defining roadmaps and tracking success.
• Strong technical fluency with cloud-native software platforms and collaboration with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders.
• Advanced degree paths with corresponding years of product/AI/tech experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Ownership for Enterprise Agentic Platform in an Agile framework.
• Champion developer experience and Platform Strategy with reusable SDKs, APIs, templates, and tooling.
• Scale enterprise AI initiatives from discovery to adoption and reliability at scale.
• Own platform health with adoption metrics, performance, cost, and governance.
• Drive Responsible AI, security, privacy, governance, and compliance across the platform.
