Job summary

SQA Solution seeks a senior commercial and product leader to build and scale an enterprise-focused fintech business serving institutional clients.

You will define strategy, lead enterprise product development, and manage multi-region sales teams while forging relationships with banks, hedge funds, and large financial institutions. The role requires deep experience in structured finance and digital asset technology in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, CS, or a related field.
• 10+ years in investment banking or structured finance with asset-backed securities experience.
• Experience selling into enterprise C-suite organizations.
• Experience building and leading distributed or multinational sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for enterprise products in partnership with product and executive leadership.
• Build relationships with investment banks, hedge funds, family offices, and other institutional financial organizations.
• Drive adoption of digital asset and financial technology solutions through business development, strategic partnerships, and client education.
• Oversee the delivery and implementation of customized enterprise solutions.
• Build and lead the business development organization supporting enterprise products.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing to bring solutions to market in regulated environments.
• Manage complex enterprise sales cycles and executive-level client relationships.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and other strategic forums.
• Monitor market trends, competitive developments, and regulatory changes to inform product and commercial strategy.
