Job summary

Lead, a fintech building banking infrastructure for embedded financial products, seeks a seasoned product leader to drive our Banking as a Service platform. You will shape the roadmap for deposits, credit, issuing and accepting card transactions, and more, partnering with engineering, design and compliance teams.

Ideal candidates think analytically, use first principles, and put users first to build a next-generation platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years demonstrated experience in product management and/or engineering with a track record building world class fintech products.
• Enterprise software domain experience, scalable SaaS platform design, and highly compliance-centric product.
• Strong technical competence with building high-velocity, low-latency, high-availability services and robust API design.
• Be practical, collaborative, and willing to compromise to achieve the best outcome.
• Strong judgment and analytical skills.
• Excellent cross-functional communication to align stakeholders on goals.
• Craftsman mindset focused on delivering great product experiences.
• Humility and openness to coaching.

Responsibilities

• Be passionate about changing the banking system to meet a modern digital economy.
• Break down ambiguous problems with data across cross-functional groups using first principles.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap with clear requirements and business justifications.
• Maintain knowledge of technical and operational elements to inform decisions.
• Develop clear product requirements and communicate them to engineering and design teams.
• Act as glue in a diverse cross-functional environment and drive consensus.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
