Job summary

You will translate institutional client needs and market developments into prioritized investment and measurable business outcomes.

Your mandate spans Digital Identity, Wallet, Digital Transfer Agency, Onchain Data and Intelligence, Connectivity, and governance, including Proxy and Corporate Actions, with initial focus

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years in product management, financial services, market infrastructure, or related fields with increasing responsibility.
• Demonstrated leadership of complex products from strategy through delivery and commercialization.
• Knowledge of institutional financial workflows and digital asset infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Define platform product strategy, portfolio priorities, and a sequenced roadmap aligned with client needs and business objectives.
• Lead discovery with issuers, investors, and financial institutions; identify onchain workflow improvements.
• Own business cases, market sizing, pricing direction, build-versus-partner plans, and commercialization.
• Lead product delivery through cross-functional teams and manage trade-offs among value, speed, cost, and risk.
• Collaborate with engineering on architecture and with operations, legal, compliance, risk, and security on controls and launch readiness.
• Shape go-to-market plans with sales, marketing, and client teams; support client engagements and pilots.
• Establish portfolio metrics for adoption, revenue, service quality, and client outcomes; use data to scale or stop initiatives.
• Represent product strategy with executives; coach colleagues and align across a complex organization.
