Refold AI is seeking a field marketing leader based in the SF Bay Area to own events, dinners, podcasts, and webinars that drive a measurable pipeline. You will collaborate with the AE, BDR, and product marketing teams to elevate our brand among CTOs, VPs, and other enterprise buyers.

The role requires 5–8 years in B2B SaaS field marketing, a strong local network, and a track record of turning in-person activities into qualified meetings and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in community, field, or event marketing at B2B SaaS.
• Conferences, executive dinners, roadshows, and side events experience.
• Strong SF network with venues, vendors, and executives.
• Podcast or webinar series execution on schedule.
• Pipeline accountability with meetings and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own the event calendar and coordinate speaking slots and follow-ups.
• Run the dinner series and scale it across metros.
• Produce Unfolded podcast with guest sourcing, booking, production, and recap content.
• Build the webinar engine with recurring sessions with customers, partners, and practitioners.
• Build the community for software delivery leaders and provide value before selling.
• Carry a pipeline number and measure meetings, opportunities, and pipeline influence.
• Co-market with partners on joint events and webinars.
• Make processes repeatable with run-of-show, budget model, and calendar.
