Hosted.ai, the GPU Commerce Platform, is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to design and run in-person programs in the San Francisco Bay Area. You’ll host executive dinners and roundtables for AI leaders, build targeted invite lists, and create opportunities that sales can chase.

This role emphasizes pipeline over branding: you’ll collaborate with sales, manage events end-to-end, track outcomes in our CRM, and turn events into content and measurable pipeline.

Qualificações

• 3+ years B2B field, event, or regional marketing in tech, SF Bay Area.
• End-to-end event management including executive dinners/roundtables.
• Experience marketing to technical buyers in AI/cloud infra/dev tools.
• Working Bay Area network of venues, organizers, labs, startups, and VCs.
• CRM discipline: track events to pipeline in Salesforce/HubSpot/Pipedrive.
• Proficient with Luma, Apollo, Canva and Figma for invites and signage.
• Sharp writing; startup-ready with evening/weekend flexibility.
• Based in SF Bay Area with US work authorization.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Bay Area field calendar: dinners, roundtables, meetups, select events.
• Run programs end-to-end: guest lists, invitations, venue, run of show, on-site, follow-up.
• Lead presence at key AI infrastructure events and Bay Area moments.
• Design formats for operators and capacity owners on supply/demand sides.
• Move market opportunities with targeted invites and quick follow-ups.
• Build guest lists with sales by account/title; enrich CRM data.
• Collaborate with partners; turn events into content and recaps.
• Track registrations, attendance, meetings, and pipeline influence.
