Job summary

Refold AI seeks a seasoned fieldmarketing leader to own strategy, calendar, and execution for enterprise-facing events, podcasts, webinars, and dinners. You’ll partner with AE/BDR,PMM, and founders to accelerate pipeline and brand in the SF Bay Area.

The role requires 5–8 years in B2B SaaS field marketing, a proven record running large-scale events, and a strong network. In-office 3 days a week with travel flexibility completes the profile.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in field or event marketing at B2B SaaS, preferably Series A/B.
• You have run the room: conferences, dinners, roadshows, side events.
• A real SF network: know venues, vendors, and executives.
• Producer instinct: produced podcasts or webinars on schedule.
• Pipeline accountability: measured on meetings and opportunities.
• Builder DNA: you write invites and own the run of show.
• Presence matters: based in SF Bay Area, in-office 3 days a week, travel willing.

Responsibilities

• Own the event calendar: plan and measure presence at major industry moments.
• Run executive dinners: own guest list, format, venue, outcomes and scale beyond one city.
• Produce Unfolded podcast: guest sourcing, booking, production, and recap content.
• Build the webinar engine: recurring sessions with customers and partners.
• Build the community: create a space for leaders to engage prior to selling.
• Carry a pipeline number: meetings, opportunities, and pipeline influence metrics.
• Co-market with partners: joint events and consortium activity.
• Make it repeatable: turn successful activities into a repeatable playbook.
