Job summary

n8n is hiring a Field Marketing Manager to own how we show up at enterprise conferences and field events across the US. You’ll define the strategy, manage the budget, and ensure every event we host or attend translates into real brand presence and measurable pipeline.

You’ll lead relationships with Sales, Partner, and Community teams to ensure we show up at the right events, with the right message, and follow through in a way that moves deals forward.

Qualifications

• Minimum extensive event marketing experience in B2B tech or SaaS.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of events.
• Ability to manage budgets and allocate spend effectively.
• Collaborates with Sales and Demand Gen to align priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise events calendar end to end from selection to post-event follow-up.
• Manage the events budget with smart tradeoffs across activations and sponsorships.
• Coordinate with AMER Sales, Partner and SDRs to align event strategy with pipeline.
• Develop pre- and post-event programs with Demand Gen to generate qualified pipeline.
• Track event performance including brand impact and pipeline attribution.
• Represent n8n at key industry conferences and build relationships with organizers.
