Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional field marketing plans aligned with sales priorities and pipeline goals.
• Plan and manage events to drive demand and accelerate pipeline.
• Own program management including event logistics, budget oversight, and vendor coordination.
• Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness to optimize future initiatives.
• Collaborate with product marketing to align messaging and GTM strategies with field initiatives.
• Prioritize seller requests by expected revenue.
• Represent Baseten at industry events and build in-market brand presence.
