The Studio Operations Manager leads a dedicated Experience Studio team built around one enterprise client, owns resourcing, quality, and reporting across that client's full calendar of meetings and events, and is the daily

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate meetings and events
• 10+ years leading a dedicated client team
• Direct leadership of 10+ planners
• Experience running delivery under a client statement of work
• Portfolio scale with multi-day programs and budgets > $1M
• Knowledge of venue sourcing, budgets, registration, onsite delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead the account team and oversee staffing, performance and coverage
• Act as daily client contact for event leadership
• Ensure delivery against the statement of work and service levels
• Manage staffing across the calendar and forecast resources
• Run governance with Account Management and executive reviews
• Own account reporting and cost reporting
• Set quality standards and audit SOW artifacts
• Resolve escalations with suppliers, budgets, or stakeholders
• Integrate client systems onboarding and data privacy standards
• Partner on account planning and scope management
