Job summary

Amex GBT seeks a Studio Operations Manager to lead a dedicated experience studio team serving a single enterprise client. You will own staffing, quality, and reporting for all meetings and events, acting as the daily contact for event leadership and managing the client relationship and contract.

You will guide resourcing, governance rhythms, and on-site delivery, with strong Cvent and project tools expertise to ensure flawless execution and measurable savings.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in corporate meetings and events with five years leading a client team.
• Direct leadership of ten or more planners inside a client system.
• Experience delivering a client statement of work with reviews and staffing changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the dedicated account team and manage hiring, assignments, and performance.
• Serve as the daily client contact for portfolio performance and risks.
• Own delivery against the statement of work and quality across programs.
• Run calendar resourcing and adjust staffing as client needs evolve.
• Govern account reviews with quarterly/half-year performance data.
