Job summary

HNTB is seeking a senior engineering technology owner to lead select technologies across the enterprise. You will guide evaluation, deployment, support, governance, and continuous improvement, partnering with vendors and stakeholders to drive adoption across projects and offices.

You will develop workflows, standards, training, and knowledge transfer while mentoring teams and influencing technology strategy to improve project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or IT with 16+ years of experience in engineering technologies for transportation projects.
• In lieu of degree, 22+ years of experience in engineering technologies for transportation projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as engineering technology owner for select engineering technologies through the lifecycle.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders and drive adoption of engineering technologies.
• Develop and maintain technical workflows, standards, guidance, and training.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and contribute to vendor roadmaps.
• Provide technical guidance across project delivery lifecycle and mentor others.
• Champion changes to knowledge management and technology strategies.
