Job summary

HNTB is seeking a senior engineering technology owner to lead select technologies across the enterprise, guiding evaluation, deployment, governance, and continuous improvement. The role drives adoption, standardization, and knowledge transfer across projects, disciplines, and offices.

You will develop workflows, training, and guidance, provide technical leadership to practitioners, and coordinate vendor relationships to align with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental) with 16+ years using engineering technologies on transportation projects.
• In lieu of degree, 22+ years of experience using engineering technologies on transportation projects.

Responsibilities

• Acts as engineering technology owner for select technologies across the lifecycle.
• Evaluates hardware, software and cloud solutions for deployment viability and usability.
• Develops workflows, standards, training, and support practices for technology adoption.
• Creates technical documentation and learning materials with knowledge transfer sessions.
• Provides guidance and support to practitioners throughout project delivery lifecycle.
