Job summary

Oklahoma State Government is seeking an Enterprise Support Technician I to provide frontline desktop support and endpoint services across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. You will deploy devices, image workstations, install software, and resolve hardware and connectivity issues for users statewide.

This full-time role requires strong troubleshooting, ServiceNow ticketing, and excellent customer service as you work onsite in Oklahoma and collaborate with IT teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows and macOS in enterprise environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise ticketing systems.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Experience supporting iOS and Android devices in enterprise contexts.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience working in multi-location enterprise support environments.

Responsibilities

• End User Support & Endpoint Operations: configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS workstations; support mobile devices; image and provision workstations.
• Incident & Service Management: use ServiceNow for incident tickets, asset tracking, and documentation; adhere to SLAs.
• Collaboration & Support: provide onsite and remote support across statewide locations and collaborate with IT teams.
