Responsibilities

• Manage the HCMACS Program Schedule in Jira and MS Project.
• Provide advanced EHR implementation guidance to the PMO across multiple agencies.
• Lead and facilitate organizational and vendor onboarding and contract management.
• Coordinate rapid hiring and contracting of key staff and vendors.
• Set up regular touchpoints to align milestones and objectives.
• Serve as contract manager for key vendors and drive implementation work streams.
• Lead operational and implementation working groups.
