Job summary

HCSC is seeking a strategic leader to deliver enterprise-wide technology and business initiatives. This role serves as a key liaison between business and IT, translating objectives into executable programs and driving measurable value.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery, manage budgets and schedules, and lead a matrixed team of program managers across locations. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in PM roles, with leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree and 10+ years experience in project management, program management, transformation, or related experience or 14 years in project or program management.
• 4 years of leadership experience.
• Experience navigating a matrixed environment with executives and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-wide programs.
• Partner with Product Delivery Leaders and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, scope, resources, quality, and risk.
• Build consensus and facilitate timely decision-making.
• Lead and develop a matrixed team of PMs across multiple locations.
